Due to the high volume of shipments at this time, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates. Please bear a little more flexibility with the jewelries' arrival.
Our number one priority is that our jewelries arrive safe and fast. It will take 3-7 business days for the shipping. The process will be tracable for the whole time. Please let us know if you have any help checking the delivery.
Duties are included. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
Unfortunately, not at the moment. However, we acknowledge the needs and our jewelry designers and operators are working on that option. We will soon make it happen.
We select and curate the jewelries on a global scale. Currently most of them are made in South Korea or the U.S., by skillful and wholehearted hands.
