We gladly accept returns without charge for eligible items shipped to us in the same condition of your receipt.
Please email us the reason of return within 7 days (2 days if the product is damaged when received) of your receipt with the photos of the product. We will take care of it within 72 hours.

Once we identify and understand your problem, we will send you a prepaid return label via email so you can easily return the jewelry back to our hands within 30 days of your receipt.

Please be noted that the returned merchandise must be unworn and unused in the complete original packaging (shipping box can be changed) for a full refund. If not, byamondz holds the right to deny the return request and have the item re-shipped to customers at their expense.
